Avo Hadjian is the new managing partner at Verb

Avedis “Avo” Hadjian is Verb’s new manager, in charge of the general supervision, direction, and control of the business of the company, with the title of managing partner. In his new role, Avo will negotiate customer and supplier contracts, recruit and manage employees, and report about company business to members, creditors, and tax authorities. He takes over from former Verb president Victor Aimi, who will continue to advise him as a communications consultant.

Before co-founding Verb in 2015, Avo was a journalist and editor with The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg in New York, with CNN in Atlanta, and with Reuters and La Prensa newspaper in Buenos Aires. He is also the author of “Secret Nation: The Hidden Armenians of Turkey,” has a master’s degree in international relations from Cambridge University in England, and is working on his doctorate in history at the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS) in France.
